Where to find old style 3 handle shower faucet ?

Dear friends,

My house was purchased several years ago and it’s older than me lol, don’t have the budget to do a brand new bathroom, but the shower faucet needs replacement immediately. However since the style is too outdated I couldn’t find any remotely similar looking ones online, any suggestions where to find it? I attached the pic below. And also is there a possibility that a newer model would fit?

the first two u may need a filler cap for the middle. the delta one might work depending on your spacing.
for third one, can you change it from the front or would need to go behind the wall? or remove tiles?

Take the photo into a Lowes, Home Depot, and Rona ... they will definitely have options.

Also ... it is NOT called a "three handle shower faucet" ... where are the handles??

First question I have is 'why'? Why does it need replacing immediately? Looks in good shape, is 100x better quality than anything you'll buy today and can be serviced with new valves etc.

What's the compelling event causing you to want to spend hundreds of dollars on a new fixture that looks/does the same thing as this one?

Might need new O-rings and a seating tool + new gasket(?) for the taps. You just can't replace those without ripping out the tiles or going in from behind (if possible).

Absolutely correct. If it’s leaking, buy the seals and gaskets and remove the taps to replace. You’ll probably be doing this every 1-2 years depending on usage.

Every 1-2 years?! Lol, I lived in my childhood home for almost 25yrs and never saw this done once. Been in our current home for over 10, never done once in any shower/bath.

May depend on water and faucet/gasket material quality.....

Certainly possible, shudder thinking how much my mom spent on plumbing repairs due to this. My childhood home has a wallaceburg fixture like the one on OP for the tub, also have issues with the tap dripping every 2 years or so like clockwork. Seats last longer, but gaskets from various brands end up disintegrating. Always seems to be the hot water side that goes first. Hard water here doesn't help.

Had crane bathroom faucets in the house originally, those were garbage and went though cartridges like crazy (water would carve a channel in the brass valve, would not seat) . Went to moen across all of them and been trouble free for over 10 years.
