Where to get cheap bully sticks in Canada?

I have a 3-year old yellow lab who is a ridiculously tenacious chewer. I will buy him foot long boiled beef bones and he will consume the ENTIRE thing in a half an hour. These last most large dogs weeks!

The best treats I've found so far are large bully sticks, but they are insanely expensive in Canada. Most pet stores sell these for around $10 EACH. Even these only last him a short time.

Does anyone know where I can get bully sticks cheap in Canada? Amazon.com sells 1lb packs for like $20. These cost at least $50 here, usually closer to $70.

Anyone else have big chewers and can recommend something else to try?

Thanks!

Bully? Is that a beef tendon chew or something?

I have a 7.5 month old lab-hound cross, and he's also a voracious chewer. He really liked these beef tendon sticks (Bullwinkles?), but they cost about $10 each and he would kill it in less than an hour. I presume you're referring to something similar. Anyhow, I've found that antlers work best. They're still expensive at about $10 each, but they last much longer and promote good oral health. I'm guessing they would last the average dog about 2-3 months, whereas mine can polish one off in about 2-3 weeks.

I normally leave him with an antler, a chicken flavoured nylabone, and a beef flavoured marrowbone. When he gets bored of one, he naturally progresses to the other. Good luck and let us know how it turns out!

My lab loves them too, and he probably can finish one in 30-60 minutes when he wants, but sometimes he lets it last a few days.

If they avid cheers, have you tried giving them antlers? They are good for chewing a long time.

+1 Bought 100 from him earlier this year. They are the same "Nature's Own" (http://www.naturesowndogchews.com/) products found at Pet Valu and other stores, but without retail packaging.

I recommend grabbing 1 Himalayan Chew as well, so see if your dog likes it.

Remember to use promo code "redflag" to save 5% anytime. Also sign up for their email list, they send out ~monthly promos with 10% off certain products (usually irregular bully sticks / steer (small) bully sticks).

I recommend paying for the Jumbo or Monster size, though. They last much much longer. The steer size only lasts 15-20 min for our 15 pound pup, but a monster will last several hours.

That's a bookmark!

My dog is a hoarder, he chews them for 15 minutes and then try's to hide it in a place I can't find.

+1

I have a lab who is quite the chewer. We gave him bully sticks before but he gets through them way too quickly, like 10 mins and it's done so we started giving him antler chews instead.
It's not as effective as bully sticks, with bully sticks we put it in front of him and he goes nuts with it, antler chews have a little bit less of that effect on him but he still loves them. They last a lot longer so it's a lot cheaper too.

a bully stick is a dehydrated bull penis, yes that's right, my puppy, 5 months old white shepherd goes crazy over them but they are so expensive here in Canada

My pups love their antlers and bully sticks! I picked some up from winners for cheap not knowing if the pups would like them. Unfortunately I don't see them there anymore.
