Where is the house area info?

I'm looking at houses, and I noticed that I can't see the area of the house on MLS, or on the info sheets at an open house. Instead, they only put lot size. I mean, I understand it is all about the land size, but the house size is pretty important too since I'm living there. Is there any way to see that info on MLS for example?

+1 to what Buccio said... given some MLS postings don't seem to include measurements as well... even when they do, depending on where they gained the information, Id still take it with a grain of salt.

For example, for some of the postings for condos/ towns I get from my real estate agent the measurement of sq footage and measurements say "from owner", "from previous postings" or "from MPAC"... Ive heard that sometimes people over inflate their measurements so unless you're using it just to gauge which houses to check out in person, id still bring a tape measure if exact sizing is important
