bumping a 12 year old fossil thread.... why?

So in the OP's little world, there exists only two kinds of people, Chinese and the Whites.

Yeah because after 12 years humans no longer consume poultry so this topic is void.

maybe just because I don't know how to cook the white meat the right way.
Don't sweat it. No one else knows how to cook white meat properly either.
It still surprises me that restaurants mess it up.

When someone seems to do it better, the solution is to buy the competition. Now Cara foods owns both Swiss Chalet and St. Hubert.
St. Hubert had better chicken...hopefully they still do.

...and because I am a huge fan of a chalet sauce of some sort, I tend to support the Q restaurant...they are a St. Hubert without the franchise fee. (at least when it comes to the chicken they serve)

I tend to stick with the dark meat because it's cheaper, but when a complimentary upgrade to white meat is offered, I'm quick to say yes please.
The sauce makes up for white meat being more dry.

If you can't beat them, buy them.

Also i blame the consumer for not knowing what well cooked chicken is like.
Everyone and their dog is so afraid of raw chicken that the norm is to cook it to death.

It reminds me of that simpsons episode showing homer watching a black comedian on TV
"Black guys... drive like this. Do do do.... Do DO do..." humming musculinly... And proceeds to imitating driving motions while being leaned back in a relax manner with only 1 hand on the wheel... Along with cool and relaxed mannerisms.

Afterwards he states how "White guys... Drive like this. dee dee dee.... dee dee dee..." humming awkwardly... And proceeds to imitate a white male driving cautiously close to the wheel with a careful grin and stare.
