Who is offering a good 'lease value' for a new SUV or Van?

I’d recommend these two:
Mazda CX-5 for non-luxury.
Audi Q5 for luxury.
Both are highly rated, good residual, look good, good warranty and reliability.

Otherwise look for vehicles with above average residual values, low rates and negotiate them down on adding lease protection. If you can afford it, consider using security deposits to buy the rate down...it’s an under utilized, financial tool. You get the money back at the end (which you can use to flip into actually buying it out or buying a new vehicle instead of leasing) and the rate savings are like investing in something that earns you 10% (depending on some variables so do the math) over 3 years.

Generally better to buy outright then get into the mouse trap of leasing...unless you’re disciplined enough to save the difference in monthly payments (even then, buying often works out better financially).
