why do cold cuts state <20%meat

when i shop @ grocery, the label indicates less than 20% meat.
What crap do they put in these cold cuts (corn....)
how do i get cuts with >80% meat in it
if you dont have an answer, dont repond to my thread.
I need answers, and thats why i use redflagdeals forums.

Water, cold cuts contain a lot of it. Atleast I notice when I have a pack of ham, if you are not careful your fridge will be saturated with a wet spot if you do not wrap them up carefully when resealing them.
