why don't we start a RFD REIT?
With so many experienced real estate people on here, why don't we start a RFD REIT - for the people by the people? How has this not been done?

Some people just don't want to share especially if the same techniques you share could be used against you in the same market.

Lol maybe we can find a web simulation somewhere and see how this would work out. I'm not sure if I would want to be the guy managing the trust given all the administrative, regulatory and investor headaches.

This is a great idea. I'll be the manager of it. My management fee will be 10% of whatever the REIT makes.
