Why price discrepancy between Vaughan and Richmond Hill?

That's all the high schools in Richmond Hill. All well ranked so you can't go wrong really.


For comparison, the #1 ranked school in Woodbridge/Maple is Emily Carr, at 152/749
You have to look at 5 year average score. YoY changes, at times, very dramatically.

The 5 year rankings are the same or better for almost all of the schools. For example Bayview is #3, St Theresa is # 8,

With respect to the difference in price between the two cities, I think it is slowly converging. No real data except I have new affluent neighbours from China and Singapore in the last 2 years and they tell me that their friends are looking at this area.
