Yes and this 900s isn't for 3k sq feet home.
It starts at 900k, with area starting at 1650 sq ft.

I'm quite familiar with the product being sold by ayra/venetian group in uxbridge, they are over 1800 sqft with double garage towns and 25ft lots. bungalofts. they are designed for people looking to downsize. 100k worth of standard upgrades. they started from 840k actually.


the ones by Brookfield , they are on the wooden sticks golf course. anyone that knows that area knows that is the premium area of uxbridge. the detach homes in the wooden sticks enclave is the more desirable area of uxbridge.

sorbara is selling 1600 sqft towns in stouffville for 940k with single garage cookie cutter towns. for those that have been through the sorbara you will know that everything is an upgrade.

we like the brookfield project. Impossible to get in.

I believe last year the sign in Uxbridge read starting from $600s, now close to releasing it’s going for $900s+…
