Windows caulking service for the entire house

Our house is a decade old. Windows seems fine but I notice their caulking look old. Someone told me that I can find a company specializing in windows caulking. Does anyone have any referrals for York region ?

Thanks

Old doesn't mean bad, unless it's cosmetically bothering you. Is dry, cracked and leaving gaps?
If the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.

Weekend activities ? It is two storey house, and I don't plan to climb up doing it myself. I prefer to hire someone to do it professionally.

My last house the painter did it while painting around the windows.

Just a suggestion.

I used them too to caulk an open seam between siding and chimney. Not cheap for a small job, but on time, quality was great, and very efficient. I would recommend.

I'm assuming you don't have a large ladder, but if you can borrow one from a neighbour or friend, you can do this job in an hour and for like $30. You're going to pay out the ass for this job. It's a very small job so it's not worth it for companies to offer it unless they overcharge you. Plus, unless your original caulk is peeling off or is cracked and has left gaps, you don't need to replace it. Old and weathered is fine.

I used Gold Seal Caulking in about 2013 for about $500 for a semi-deatached at the time. 9 windows and 3 doors including garage, but probably way more now.

I also used Gold Seal in 2018. They were good to deal and did a great job. They also helped with caulking a few other areas I wanted fixed (besides my windows and doors).

+3 for Gold Seal. Paid $600 during 2020 Covid19 for all 3 doors and 11 windows. Two guys shown up (not the owner) and finished in like one hour. They ended up sealing with anything "opennings" on the house, doors, winddows, all ventings, garage doors, LOL! Very happy!
