No, I think they sent it to the right country as it has both English and French information and instructions on it. It might not be the right product for some of us, but someone may actually need something like this when they travel.

But it doesn't say anywhere on the box that it's a travel or euro plug. In fact it's labeled as a "home" charger. Very easy for someone not paying close attention to buy it thinking it's a normal charger. Not to mention it has euro and british pounds listed out on the front for what I assume is device protection amount. Definitely something is off which is probably why they ended up at winners.

No point in buying this really.

Almost all chargers can work anywhere with a simple adapter... And also work at home.

The picture clearly shows the CE and EAC certification logo which means this was meant for europe only but somehow ended up in Canada. Since it couldnt be sold in store, winners probably picked it up in a batch purchase for pennies.

Good for anyone who is going to be travelling and will need either charger with local plug or an power adapter .
