Winter workwear - What do you use/recommed?

I am always looking for good winter workwear to make those cold winter days a little bit easier to bear. I thought I would share what I use and see if anyone else wants to share or help offer recommendations based on their own experiences.

I am personally looking for a better insulated bib, if anyone has any recommendations for well insulated and durable bib I would appreciate it. I am currently looking at these two here but I am hoping to find something a little more accessible to buy in Canada.

Maybe also share what trade your in to nice a little bit more perspective and background on what works for you in that trade.

Stairs, Telecommunications, rough carpenter in future.

I being using this brand, made in USA and Canada, it is a little expensive but the qualilty is top notch and you can find usually 15% off and items on the sale section.

The flannel jackets and the highvisibility bibs are amazing
