Is this card the same card from Niagara casino?
Or it's completely different player card
Cuz I have one back 10 years ago at Niagara

No pics, but I will say the prime rib was good if a bit thinly sliced, but the lobster tails were chewy and I wouldn't have paid for it separately. A bit of a walk in winter from parking lot to main building, and the building's really old and there is nothing to see until the track opens up again

To get the member's card, it depends. We went when they were running some sort of promotion where you got to spin a big wheel, and people were trying to redeem it at Guest Services, rather than... the big wheel at the front before security.

To get a seat at the restaurant, there was no wait when I went. The promotion has been ongoing since at least Dec and earlier (if not forever) so I wouldn't be too concerned.

Red & White Flag…
Rama's buffet is absolute trash. Not worth its price. I only went because I got a free voucher for it. At Fallsview, I recommend going into the Grand Buffet. It's pretty good. There is another Asian one by the escalator food court area (where Burger King, Paramount, Timmies, etc is). I think it's called something like Golden Lotus. That one is absolute trash as well. Mostly fillers, very oily, do not recommend.
If it's not free, it's too expensive...

Don't expect fine dining at any of these casino buffets. If you're content with "gut fill" then you'll be satisfied. It looks like the Woodbine one doesn't have a seating time limit like Rama, which is 2 hours per person and then they ignore you.

Whatever you do, don't drink anything but water or else you won't be able to eat as much making it not worth it even at $12.99.

The rewards card program will end in the fall. Then each casino or group of casinos (eg: Elements) will have their own rewards program.

Golden Lotus at Fallsview no longer offers a buffet. They only do a set menu. I used to like it, haven't tried the new menu. Definitely recommend the Grand Buffet though.

iceprince wrote: U just show them the card with your id for the discounts they don’t scan your card at the restaurants. The card is awesome you sometimes get slot and or food credits depending the amount of play. If you don’t play at all and decide to get the card that works too you don’t have to play to get the discounts you just need to have the card...

FYI the line up for the card is godly long weekends up to 1-2 hours they are transitioning all cards to the one rewards card so everyone who gambled will be in the gawd awful long line.
whaaaat? do the lineups extend to the front door, they have too if ur waiting that long

when signing up for a card, what type of information do they ask for ? Do they require a credit card or do a credit check on you ?

There is no credit check in-order to sign up for a free player's card. They will need to see either a driver's license, passport, or age of majority card to confirm your age and address details. This card is used for discounts (like in casino restaurants) and to track your gaming plays (if you wish to use it) for cash back and food/hotel comps. They will also give you something like $5 in free play for signing up - so don't spend it all at once :).
