Big YMMV, you need to ship to an AmeriFriend or to a Forwarder like CrossBorderPickups.

Sold by Woot (an amazon company), sign up for an Amazon Prime US trial to get free shipping.

Order via Woot.com or Woot! APP

I ordered an M365 from Woot about 6mths back and had no issues getting it here via CrossBorderPickups.

Still a good deal even if you factor in taxes/currency conversion.

The 2018 OnePlus 6T phone is as low as $280 right now at Woot, an online store owned and operated by Amazon. This particular model being sold was originally locked to T-Mobile, but it can now be used with that carrier as well as Verizon and AT&T.

In case you need a refresher, the OnePlus 6T has a Snapdragon 845 processor, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage. It has a 6.4-inch OLED screen and was OnePlus’ first phone to ship with an in-display fingerprint sensor. This device includes the 20W fast charger, cable, and a phone case.

This phone shipped with Android 9 Pie, but OnePlus has rolled out Android 10 for the OnePlus 6T, so you’ll be running the latest software in terms of both features and security updates.

Pretty good deal. Compared to the 7T which cost $200 USD more, you're missing out on

-90Hz display
-better camera array that includes 2x optical zoom + ultrawide

normal users probably won't notice the 2GB difference in RAM or 845 vs 855.

Refurbished and when it comes to eBay I always read the negative reviews of the seller, they do not look very promising, but hey "whatever floats your boat".

eBay is really hit and miss. I've bought like 5 phones on eBay and all were more disappointing than ever.

At least free returns. Worth a try when eBay has their discount weekends though.

Side note for eBay, sign up for free return shipping from PayPal and eBay Bucks program. Usually I get promos for 5-10% cashback from eBay Bucks. With coupons I can get up to 25% off already great prices.

I like to scour eBay for phone upgrades, only reputable sellers though. Lots of deals to be had, less wasteful and pretty good return in case anything goes awry. I've bought 2 phones. One was a miss, but return was seamless. The other was practically new. Both at rock bottom prices for last year flagships.
