It's hard to say since they're just refills. But it's only $6, make it rain and buy them.

Make absolutely sure they are dye and not pigment. I will say with certainty Canon ink works in an Epson, but I'm not sure about vice versa. If they're pigment based do not use them or you'll clog your print heads.

Some manufacturers such as Epson have chips on their cartridges that monitors usage and won't allow the printer to continue using that cartridge if the amount of usage means that the cart is empty. Therefore, you can't refill them because the carts will still show as empty. You can buy empty carts with resettable chips to get around that, however.

What's wrong with using pigment?

canon heads aren't designed for pigment inks. You'll run the risk of clogging your heads.
