That Brokerage is one dumb Brokerage. Sure, legally I suppose what they're doing is OK... but wow... that's some dumbass way to get yourself never hired again.

Whats with these companies not thinking ahead to the future? Money now, and lose out on more for lost business because of dirty things like this.

What a F***ing joke, I understand if they take some paperwork/legal fee for their work done but they want the whole commission? Common.

The dumbest part about this is they represented the buyer and seller... so it's their own buyer who backed out...

I’m actually more interested in the prospective buyer....put down a $70K deposit and then simply disappeared?? Very suspenseful!

Also dont know how to review properly when you have one of your own realtors giving you a 5 star review.

These type of stories is one real way so many folks despise dealing with realtors.
The high commission is one thing, but shady things like this is what riles me up.
I wouldn't lose any sleep if I never have to deal with any realtors ever again.
