Only $16.5 million? What a joke.

Harper paid out a billion dollars in bribes to get to police and his friends to vote for him after putting on that circus of police brutality. Those cops should be held criminally responsible, as well as financially.

Meh, a bunch of eco-terrorists blocked railways across the country and caused billions of dollars of economic damage, and CN has to sue them individually, and I still doubt they'll ever be able to recover any money from that catastrophe. Plus, all the lost jobs, layoffs, etc. that occurred because of it as well. Those people won't be getting any financial awards.

Bank estimate puts economic cost of blockades at 0.3% of GDP, equal to all Canada’s growth in late 2019
Seems most people, whether they work for the government or not, can do pretty much whatever you want in Canada, and cause as much pain and suffering as you want, with zero to little consequence, as long as it's done under the veil of a mob of some sort. I think Canada is **** up beyond repair.

Yes, indeed what a joke.

Omar Khadr himself got $10M AND an apology from a Trudeau for killing a soldier with a grenade so today’s news is a slap in the face

Omg, how many plaintiffs that joined this law suit, here actually trashing stores and cars, and looting at some point, but took off their masks once they had enough.

Who remembers this piece of work Officer Bubbles?. The cop actually threatened lawsuits against those that commented negatively about him on this YouTube link

At least Tony "Gazebo" Clement got some federal gravy money for his riding. And don't forget about the fake lake.
