WTB - 1070ti or 1080

Looking to help a friend out who's card died on him and he can't afford the current GPU pricing. Not in a crazy rush, he's borrowing one of my old tester cards that is getting him by.

That said, not looking to drop scalper dollars but I understand that the market is hot for GPU's, if you're replacing your old one or have a spare let me know what you're looking for price wise.
