WTB: Burn your head off hot sausages? Guelph

If you are unable to find hot spicy Italian sausages, why not add hot sauce, curry, horseradish, Caribbean jerk sauce, Mexican sauce, etc to your regular sausage or meats?

Any Italian stores, supermarkets near you? Portuguese, Hungarian stores?

Here is a recipe for Italian sausage. Look at the ingredients.

Ingredients
SERVINGS: MAKES 12–14 LINKS; ABOUT 4 LBS.
1 4-lb. skinless, boneless pork shoulder (Boston butt), cut into 1–2" pieces
30 grams kosher salt*
1 tablespoon fennel seeds, toasted

1 freshly ground black pepper

2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons finely grated garlic

3 tablespoons dry red wine

Ask them if they have spicy sausages.
Dutch have long history with Indonesia so they like eating spicy food and most likely, you'll see hot spicy sauces, paste and spices in Dutch store
