WYZE cam issue.

Not sure if its the cam or the app. I can no longer view live feed or get the notifications. Also, I cannot do the latest firmware upgrade. Ideas?

Reboot your phone, and unplug the camera, if that doesn't work reinstall the app.

Can you ping the camera on your LAN?

Do you even know what IP your camera is using?

Does your camera use a static IP or is it using DHCP?

If it is DHCP, then possibly it has a different address than before, and your viewing app (whatever that may be), is not looking for the correct address.

Already done. Same thing. Weird thing is I get "some" notifications, but I cannot view them.... again sometimes.

DHCP as I did not assign a specific IP. I am using the Wyze up to view.
Ideas on how to bring everything back to normal?

Well you answered 1 of 3 questions. If you answer the rest I can probably provide some guidance.

I would go to your router settings to see if your camera is connected. If not, it is a camera issue. google how to reset the firmware. I think it's just holding down the little button and plugging in the power while holding down the button.

I think your micro sd card has bit the dust. One of my cams did this. Try taking it out and re connect back to the camera if it fixed it
