So if I have PS Plus, I can download Cities Skylines for free? Usually a PC guy...

How is playing Cities skyline on the PS4 compared to a PC or Mac? Is it easy to build and play on the console comparative to a computer?

I played it for about three hours the other night. It was still doable but the game really feels better with a mouse. When building streets, I found it much harder to get them to curve. When connecting things (whether streets, power lines, pipes, etc) the connection point would kind of twitch between red and green. It felt like tutorial menus were popping up way too much. I'll probably play it a bit more for fun but I like the PC version much better.

For PSN (might be XBOX) there are two other free add-ons with same offer expiry date of May 28, 2020:
Cities: Skylines - Carols, Candles and Candy
* Radio Stations: Tis the DLCeason! With Carols, Candles and Candy, yule feel right at home with five new Christmas carols remade in multiple genres: Classic Jazz, Latin Jazz, Country, Indie and Indietronica. The songs will be randomly played across existing radio stations once you download the DLC. It’s free! Besides, you can't prove Chirpy is not a partridge, and Paradox Interactive is spelled with No L. Happy holidays, city-builders.

Cities: Skylines - Pearls From The East
*Pearls from the East will bring a splash of style to your city, inspired by Chinese architecture and design! Give your residents some new attractions (and pandas!) to visit with three original buildings, each ready to become a unique part of your skyline.
