xbox series x controller replacement with complete coverage?

hey I have the console with the complete coverage warranty, does xbox support have a live chat option??, I can't find it anywhere, I am entitled to up to 2 free replacements I believe but so hard to try and navigate, any help? thanks

If the coverage is with Microsoft directly you would have to fill out the information here:
https://support.xbox.com/en-CA/help/har ... t-serviced

I had to send in a XBox One X in for warranty once. It was still covered by the one year warranty.

I had my x controller replaced recently with a sticky B button. Was super easy when I did the chat first and then they called me to arrange the shipping of a new one to me. Didnt have to send the old one back or anything.
