Ok, thanks a lot! I guess I'll end up getting the Xenon Merc then. And as for the price, I'm gonna start negotiations at 18K, but won't go over 20K.

It's a very reliable car. You'll enjoy it very much.

Yeah, I've heard good things about the car! I'm hesitating between the 2013 BMW 320i xDrive or this one, but both are solid and reliable cars anyway.

Has anyone in this thread used the nav? I find it works really well when crossing the border with no data (hence no Google maps).

Obviously you won't use it all the time. But it's nice to have. The COMMAND system isn't as bad as people make it out to be. You get used to it within a few days and it works pretty well.

Also, you can install HIDs in your car after. Just aim your headlights down and there won't be the glare everyone is mentioning.

Or like a poster above stated, get a model with both.

Get the Bi-Xenon! I’m driving a ml350 and lighting pkg is a must have! In fact, if I buy another MB, I’m not buying it without the lighting pkg. I go crazy when I see a nice MB until I realize the car is rocking halogens...urghh...

I agree xenon. w204 with non-xenon headlights are so ugly. I am not sure why Mercedes would even have halogen lights.
The halogens do not match the DRL LED strip and looks horrible. I always get lighting package, probably the best package to get.

Aftermarket GPS or use your phone.

I think the dealership just made a mistake probably. I'm gonna go see the car tomorrow so I'll ask then.

The c350 has 302hp, c300 is weaker.

Typical dealer misrepresentation. C300 has 248hp. They cover their asses with a contract that says anything they say may not be true and it's up to the buyer to verify all details. Very common.

This is your first car and your on a budget..and you decide to pick a 4 year old Mercedes? lol. I hope you do more research before you decide to buy this car.

The car fits well into my budget. And I've done a lot of research, its between this and a BMW 320/328i xDrive.

You're telling me you can afford this car based on your budget but a 200-300 install or whatever the asking price is for the LEDs would be breaking your budget? Affording the payments and also being able to afford the maintaince costs that come with owning a German is a different story, but I guess everyone wants an entry Benz and bimmer these days to impress NOBODY. Luckily for you a debadge is cheap :)
