Yak Unlimited High Speed Internet Cable? Is it good?

Hello. I am currently with Telus and saw a flyer from Yak on my mailbox. I was thinking of switching to Yak but I don't know if their Internet service is any good. I live in Kelowna, BC. Has anyone tried or currently using any of their services. What worries me is that their technical support when you call them is only till 10pm EST while Telus I believe is 24/7. Please help me I would really appreciate any thoughts about it if its even worth it switching to Yak. My monthly internet bill at Telus is $65 taxed in. I'm sorry if there's any duplicate thread post or I put it in a wrong category. Can't find any Yak discussion when I searched. Thank you very much.
