Went today to redeem this offer and it’s not opened to the public, the code that was provided is only to be redeemed by the person receiving the email. As the code is a 1 time use.

I tried going in store (Virgin corp store) to get this deal, quoted OP’s code & they knew nothing about it. I was speaking to the store manager. Then i called the promo hotline from their webpage and was able to get it easily:
Virgin promo line 1-877-542-6772

The only thing is you may wait 1.5hrs to get through. Had to try twice

You can do much better. They're giving just about any former customer that leaves for freedom $45 25gb and $3 a month for an iPhone 11.

Plan is tempting but I called in asking to see if they had call control that is included in Telus/Koodo plans which is pretty much essential due to the dozens of spam callers that one gets every day and they don't have it; therefore so I will be sticking with what I have.

Has anyone tried calling in and asking for an eSIM? Or do I have to get a physical SIM in the mail?

Is this plan compatible with 5G? Or is it only 4G/LTE?

Do you really need more GBs? If yes ask Rogers to switch you to 25GB Infinite unlimited data plan. If you are happy with Rogers's speeds, Virgin won't cut it for you. Virgin network switches constantly to 3G/H+. You get what you pay for.cchristopher wrote: ↑ Tempted to switch from my Rogers $55 for 14gb plan. Anybody else from Rogers switch over?

Called in for this last week and unfortunately it's only 4G/LTE. Virgin does not offer 5G

Can you explain what you mean by 3 months?kcorscadden wrote: ↑ You could get this deal, ride out the 3 months, leave and then hopefully get the 45/25 deal.
I'm currently with Rogers and looking to switch to Virgin. Is there some sort of restriction to switching out of Virgin before the 3 months?
