So, can anyone tell me why these are on sale? Are these straight up dollar store cables?

Does it say 4K at 30hz? That's likely the reason .

For HDMI, all that matters is the bandwidth, right? Does anyone know what these are? 18 Gbps?

Hi there,

Spotted in Cornwall Walmart... Just a few left...

Apparently, there is alot of stock everywhere, some stores have alot, others a handful... YMMV since prices are all over the places...

Honestly, that's probably for the best. Assuming you're using this for a TV, you don't want to be watching 4k content at 60FPS anyways as you'll get the soap-opera effect.
For a PC monitor, I'd look elsewhere.
