From what I have read, it’s the same bike with bigger screen on an arm and a slight difference in the bottom frame - the IC4/C6’s is straight, where the C7’s curves towards the seat.MattyMattMatt wrote: ↑ How do you think this compares to the ic4? Been looking for a sale in those for a while now and thinking maybe I just get this.

See this XDA thread. It’s for Velocore, but some of the posts mention that it should work for other Bowflex tablets as well.btwitsmatt wrote: ↑ Too bad this has a useless tablet on it but price is really good
Note: This is for information only. I don’t have a C7 and I don’t know whether this works or not. If you decide to experiment with the bike, do it on your own risk!
[Edit] to add:
Search for info. I’m using an iPad with the IC4 with various apps (had iFIT, YRNY, Explore The World, etc.). Now I’m using the bike with Fitness+ on the iPad or on an Apple TV. If you want to use Peloton, Zwift, etc. there is a lot of info on the Internet how to do it. One of the most popular ways is with the QZ - qdomyos-zwift app, which supports IC4/C6 and, I guess C7, since some time.btwitsmatt wrote: ↑ Sorry I should say useless for me since I would want to use my bigger iPad Pro screen.
Hope this helps.

The JRNY function just allows for a gamification aspect to this correct?
After the 1 yr activation the bike is still fully usable?
Are there alternatives to using JRNY? Maybe another app w/ipad?

Is this a SMART training bike, meaning is resistance automatically controlled via the apps or manually using a resistance control knob?

I got the last one in Bowmanville. Thanks OPGeese_Howard wrote: ↑ The bike sold out quick. There were a bunch on locations selling it for $430 and quickly sold out. Even at $549 the bike is a decent deal.

I'll be driving 80 km rt tomorrow to pick one up out of town. Seems like a good price and worth the drive.

You can still buy it at the stores where it's 439, but there's a week or two delay before pickup.

For anyone who's already picked one up, can you transport this in an SUV or am I gonna need to rent a U-Haul for this thing? TIA

No. The bike can be connected to various apps and devices, but the resistance is controlled manually. I remember seeing a device that can adjust the resistance, but the price was prohibitive.

Yes, fits in my Hyundai Santa Fe 2020 trunk, took all the interior width of the trunk, did not have to fold seats.kevinshalfpenny wrote: ↑ For anyone who's already picked one up, can you transport this in an SUV or am I gonna need to rent a U-Haul for this thing? TIA

I picked one up today at $439 in Morrisburg...if you're near Ottawa it might be a worthwhile trip. At this time they still show 3 in stock.
