Create an account on your machine.

Then download the app on your phone and sign in using the same email , go to subscriptions then select 1 year free trial....enter CC and there you go.

Been trying to turn the display off but can’t seem to get it to shut down.

I press the power at the back of the display and then I press the typical android “power off” on the screen but it just reboots the tablet.

Anyone le having this issue?

I don't use JRNY. I use an app called mPaceline to track progress and allow easy visualization of PowerZones. I have it running on an iPad Air and ride to cycling videos on YouTube that show incline and cadence and add/subtract resistance as incline increases/decreases.

I've had my C7 for about 18 months and used it regularly with no problems whatsoever.

I ended up ordering the one on the Bowflex site. Much more comfortable and very happy with the purchase despite having to fork out $62 including tax for it.

You need to adjust (fit) the bike to you. I adjusted mine several times until I got it right for me.
There is plenty of information if you search Internet for “bike seat height” or “bike fitting”.
