[Walmart] YMMV Ramen Noodle 12 pack for $1 (Wal-mart store brand, vegetable flavour)

I was at the Trainyards Walmart in Ottawa and I saw that the 12-pack of Great Value vegetable flavour noodles were $1. They are usually $3, so this is a pretty good deal. The other flavours were regular price. I find the taste is the same as Mr Noodles.

People who can only afford Kraft dinner and hot dogs wouldn't want to be caught dead with people who eat these noodles. Smiling Face With Open Mouth

TONS at the Queen North store in Etobicoke.
I bought some today, expiry Feb. 2018.
I wont eat it but for $1, I couldn't walk out without getting at least 1 box.
Probably just have my kids bring them to school for one of their "food drives" or something.

Pack of 12 vegetable ramen, selling for $1, with expiry date in 2018 Jan. a whole skid left, and yes, it is only vegatable favor at that price point.

Is there actually a $20 off coupon?

I'd consider buying 50*12 so I can donate it to a local shelter.

Homeless shelters will NOT serve this stuff as meals. Staff have to cook and provide wholesome nutrious meals as these are essentially junk food. Shelters keep this stuff on hand for snacks or to give people who are moving on from the shelter but a lot of the times it just sits in storage and past expiry.
Food banks or other initiatives looking "shelf" food items would probably have better chances of these actually being eaten.
