[Walmart] YMMV - Tile Mate 4 pack $10 [replaceable battery]

Was at the Downsview Walmart and noticed the 4 pack Tile Mate was $30 $10 now.

https://stocktrack.ca/?s=wm&upc=81903902063 - (I'm dumb, I didn't look it up by UPC # even though I had it.)

I believe it's the 2018 model but does have replaceable battery (model T5001).

A single tile on Amazon sells for $28.

Walmart in Maple Ridge BC had them near the TVs on an end shelf.
Lots of price stickers on packaging that were wrong.

4 pack mate rang up at $10 per stock tracker but sticker $39
1 pack pro rang up at $10 but sticker $39

Grabbed a few mates and a pro to play with.
Lots of singles and a few pro left.

Was there anything for the Tile Stickers (useful for remotes)

Or were they still $39? Those don't have a replaceable battery which makes them less useful because they have a shelf life

it shows 40 units at the Pickering store but i was just there this morning and didn't see any and manager said they don't have any.
If someone finds it there, let me know and i might try again tomorrow morning.

Bought 4 Tiles for 10 bucks in Delta BC. Overheard staff was hoarding them. Lady went to the back and got me 1 pack and said last one. Truly over heard same lady telling another staff she had more in the back. I was happy with 1.

Do you guys actually use these?

I picked up a couple a few years ago but found they didn't have much practical use.
eg. yes, you could use them to find keys, but you need to be in BT range to trigger a signal OR make sure your phone doesn't leave BT range of your keys to avoid alarm (depending on how you've configured things)

I've had Tile for a couple of years (once the battery was replaceable) and I like it a lot.

I bought it intending to replace a Volback tracker I had bought years ago at Costco on liquidation. What surprised me is that you need a subscription with Tile to get history beyond the current day. So if you lose your keys today and only realize it tomorrow, you're out of luck without the sub. In the end, I left both trackers on my keyring - Tile for the current day and Volback if I need info before today.

What's the UPC on the Pro?

I'm confused, when you check on walmart's site it says the price in store is $30? Is it incorrect, and when it scans in store it's lower?

No, the price is different per store
