your Advice for Buyer Representation Agreement Authority for Purchase or Lease

Dear All
Kindly need your advice I signed with broker " Buyer Representation Agreement Authority for Purchase or Lease" and it will be end by 30th of Jan and 60 days after it as hold period but I have this statement "This Agreement applies for the purchase or lease of one real property. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the Buyer leases a property, this agreement remains in force as set out herein for the purchase of the leased property or a property of the general description
indicated above. The leasing of a property by the Buyer does not terminate this Agreement with respect to the purchase of a property.
" that mean I stick with this broker for ever your help is appreciated , taking consider that I I sign the first page and the last page maybe for my good luck I didn't sign the Initial for this page specifically
thanks in advance

It appears to me that the clause is applying only to if you purchase or lease a property or properties up to Jan 30 and also if you were to purchase the property you've currently leased by March 30.

You're not stuck forever as such contracts cannot go on in perpetuity.

If you're concerned have a lawyer or paralegal review it for you.
