Mine arrived today, looks like I got extra secure version where keys themselves are invisible.

Envelope was not tampered with, so they probably forgot to put them. Wonder if I'm the only one.

My keys were individually packaged. You seem to have received a dual key package.

Canada Post tracking says mine were delivered last week (Oct 7) but nothing yet in the mail. Safe to say it's been lost?
