I can't seem to the find the coupon for the $12.32 listing...coupon only comes up for the non warehouse deal..also sold/shipped by amazon...however that is like $24.xx per bag

Truthfully you need to eat a fair bit to cause problems with keto.
Nuts are a healthy part of a diet, and all folks should try to include some unsalted nuts in their daily or weekly intake.

looks like the deal might be over... it used to show "2 new" unders the sellers...from 12.32 sold by amazon warehouse deals...and the other was also sold/shipped by amazon but for $24.xx...now only the one for $24.xx is showing up...looks like the deals is now over possibly...

Because of the fibre, it's 3 net carbs and not counted as 6 carbs. 30 grams is about a third of a cup, so it's not so bad. Google says regular flour has about 22 net carbs per 30 grams, so almond flour is quite low in comparison.redflagdealsguy wrote: ↑ Enjoy in moderation, folks:

Almond flour is one of the most popular ingredients in baking low carb friendly treats. Plus it makes great crust for cheese cakes. =)
