which zero-fee brokerage is better for holding US stocks?

I have a company ESPP account in US E-trade that I would like to periodically transfer them to a cash/margin account in Canada, and depending on my appetite I may move them in-kind to RRSP/TFSA or sell them (prefer still hold the cash in USD, and maybe later buy other USD stocks/ETFs as I wish).

I'm looking at Disnat and NBDB in terms of which one is better for zero fee, easiness to accept such transfer in-kind, and ability to move the security around between cash/TFSA/RRSP

Anyone has done similar thing before? I can only find on google that someone use Questrade to accept USD security in this case, but given their trading fees I would like to give Disnat or NBDB a try.

Thanks
