Zoomer 36$ plan with 5GB data/800 min anytime/unlimited txt - NO REFERRALS

Hey guys I have a question. I signed up with them last year with them when it was only 2GB. That wasn't enough data so I upgraded to the 4GB plan and i feel like 4GB is the perfect data amount for me since I only used 3.5 per month. I'm still under contract but can I downgrade back to the $36 plan and still get 4GB? lol

Which phone you got when you activate your 4GB plan?
How many months left in your contract?

You can downgrade to $36 plan if you got a phone for the $36 plan.

You cannot downgrade to $36 plan if you got a more expensive phone for the $45 4GB plan.
2 options:
1. Pay off you phone account balance and switch to $36 loyalty plan.
2. Get extra 2GB for your $45 4GB plan until end of 2 years contract.

The difference between these 2 plan is $9/m. Do your calculation which option costs less.

nice they are offering 4GB at a good cost. This is probably the best plan that is available for anyone that doesnt use more than 4GB to sign up without those loopholes or targeted offers

I signed up early so I only got 3GB but then I'm so close to 6 months now and I already saved a lot comparing to my previous plan ($49/8GB but never use up 8GB) so no regret so far! Cannot wait to switch to loyalty plan for the peace of mind because of the cheaper overage cost.

Since you were on the original 2GB plan, I assume it was the $36 plan. If that is the case, you can easily downgrade to the $36 loyalty plan as your phone subsidy is tied to a $36 plan.

No1 will ever know about that new plan now that its merged except for the ppl already in the discussion and know about zoomer lol

Yes, they changed this last week. I think they are trying to compete with Koodo's migration offer.

Zoomer has no choice as subscribers were leaving because of the way Zoomer treated their subscribers on loyalty plan a few months ago with the 3GB market plan.
Nov 2016 - Zoomer was forced to raise the data bandwidth from 1GB to 2GB because of the PM 90 days $120 12GB plan
Sep 2018 - Zoomer was forced to raise the data bandwidth from 2GB to 4GB because of the PM/Koodo migration promo since March

Q6 is $100 with the $36. Better to get P20 lite with $150.

Are you planning to keep/use it as your main phone or sell it? If selling, I would get the cheapest Samsung; better brand recognition, easier to unload.
