Is there a way to port my number from Zoomers website? I saw some previous posts about it but can't find anything on the website.

Rep told me there are no more loyalty plans.
So I'm stuck with 800min unless I pay more.

very disappointed that they are not offering those loyalty plans anymore.
think I will move to the $0 talk/text plan with Shaw and stick with my $300/year plan from AT&T.

It's been unavailable for me for the past few days
I’ve been trying for a month and the chat remains unavailable. I guess this is not an option anymore?

I had 2 people sign up with my referral number today, and they both say $50 pending. Unsure what it says on their side, but I assume the same.

When you speak to them initially if you provide yh details for your current account, then in the self-service you will have an initiate port option. You have to provide the details over th phone first.

So I recommend when your signing up just provide th details, saves a 2nd call.

Woo! No more?!
I am still thinking if I should switch to 800 mins with 5GB data
or keeping my loyalty plan for unlimited mins and 4GB data

It all depends on whether you need the extra 1GB/m or not. If you are paying data overage at 2 cents/1MB data month after month, then switch. Otherwise, after you used to have 5GB data/m, it will be hard to go back to 4GB data even if Zoomer let you have your $36 loyalty plan back.

If you are working at home, delay your decision after COVID-19.
Have too many phones... This is how I limit my monthly phone payment.
Public Mobile $36 5GB, $12 250MB, 2x $6 50min/50text, Fido $5 4GB data only plan with a free tablet,
Zoomer $36 loyalty 4GB plan, $0 FPL home phone. Have a better and better day!

I regret switching to the 800min 5GB. Now I can't get my unl mins back. 800mins is 13hrs 20 mins, but what if you have a business. Anyways, the unlimited nature takes away worries, even if peripheral.

Zoomer, Tangerine.
Carrytel internet is only good if you do NOT game. Do not get Carrytel if you do, you WILL regret it.
