not a bad deal if you can sell the Moto G for $250 and with the $200 activation credit, works about to be about $27/mo after tax for a 2 year commitment.
6GB for $27/mo on Rogers network is not bad at all.

Moved over to these guys last June and have been happy (although working from home the entire time).

I did happen to venture out on the weekend up near Owen Sound and got the following text:

"Rogers has turned on Extended Coverage in this area, and as our customer, you have access at no charge. Talk and text services will work, and use email, maps and more by turning on data roaming in your device settings."

Based on the wording of this, will data charges be applied?

I wish Zoomer was a little more competitive with the loyalty plans.....everybody else has been offering generous data package bonuses. I'm still on the 6GB $40.50 plan, but have been debating to jump on a 10+GB plan. The 7GB zoomer plan should be 8GB or more at least.

My wife and I are both on Zoomer for like 4 years now, but it kind of bugs me that we are both on the same network. If one of us can't get a good connection, then we are both hosed.
Rich or poor, paying full price for anything is for suckers. Be an informed purchaser by searching RFD for the all-time-low price.

From what I recall, it was $150 bill credit for A71 and only the Moto phones with the 40.50/month got the $200 bill credit last time around.

I live in Halifax and moved to these guys a couple of months ago. Good customer service and a very solid deal, however, there were the odd times where people try to call me and it would go right to voicemail, with no indication of a missed call. I missed a couple of calls for Doctor appointments and such. My advice, if you use your phone for work and personal, you might want to look into other companies that are not on Roger's network

That's a good score as I don't recall it being $200 activation credit for the A71 unless you meant $150 activation + $50 referral credit = $200?

Did you end up getting $250 in bill credit? If so that is amazing.

I took the Galaxy plan with the promo back in the summer and I never had any issues with Zoomer. I ended up reselling the unlocked phone for few hundred bucks.
