Zoomer Wireless - $36/mth for 4gb, $100 activation credit plus $50 referral credit

Deal Link:
Retailer:
Zoomer Wireless
Mod Edit: Do not ask for referral codes. Infractions will be handed out.

Looks like Zoomer Wireless has its Black Friday promotion back for those of you who missed it.

Best plan promo they have in my opinion would be the $36/month plan:
400 Daytime Minutes (7AM-6PM)
Canada-wide minutes
UNLIMITED Evenings and Weekends: 6PM-7AM
UNLIMITED Incoming Text Messages
UNLIMITED Text & MMS (Canada/INTL)
4GB Data

In addition you get:
$100 activation credit (simular to black friday)
$50 referral credit for using a referral code (as always posting referral codes are prohibited in this forum!)
Free phone - Samsung A10e, Blackberry Key2 Le, or Moto G7 Play

Credits alone would cover your phone bills for ~3-4 months!!

I know it says "activate a new line" but do you think a 2yr renewal would get the $100 credit? or would you have to cancel the current plan and call them back to activate a "new" line.. lol

I have been with Zoomer and their service is top notch. They use Rogers' cell towers.

How do we get the Galaxy A50 instead for +$150? At their website I only see an option for the Samsung A10e $0 after clicking to order the plan. Thanks

OP you might want to most a reminder that there’s no asking for referrals or telling people to PM. It’s going to get this thread closed

Also there’s another much longer thread on this topic. This is a repost.

Been a customer with them for over 2 years now and no complaints aside from frequently having to toss out Zoomer magazines, CARP and hearing aid coupons. It does make a funny story for people because when I signed up I didn't realize it was aimed at Boomers--I always wondered why the font on their website was so large.

Been a member for a few months. Great customer service. Chose the pixel 3 as my phone for the camera and yeah... It's a great camera. Hit me up if you want any more info.

been with them for a year and a half. reasonable, fantastic CS. uses rogers towers. after 6 months with their loyalty you get unlimited talk, text and 4 go data. not sure why more people don’t go with 3rd party for cellphone and internet

Will they give unlimited calling after 6 months even if you sign up for this deal with a 2-year commitment?

Signed up my brother and mom on the Black Friday deal with the BlackBerry Key 2 LE. Probably the best value phone for the $36 plan. i think they just restocked.

You can get the A50 for $150 upfront on the $36 plan. Just call them. With the $100 bill credit and $50 referral credit, it's still like getting the phone for free.

What we did at Black Friday was to get it on the $45 ($50 without discount) plan.
4.5 GB data, unlimited minutes, unlimited text
After six months, should be able to get 6 GB data, unlimited calling, unlimited text (no extra charge)
Pay $0 up front
Get $100 billing credit
Get $50 referral credit
Pay $930 + tax over two years
I'm assuming that plan is still available, it isn't really new. Just not advertised.

Phone is worth around $350 + tax if you went someplace without a subsidy (Eg: PM).

Like paying less than $25/month (+tax) for 4.5 (then 6 GB) LTE data and unlimited minutes.

It's hard to beat, if the devices and plans are appropriate for your use case. It isn't always. I've signed family up for both Zoomer and PM, just depends on their needs,
