I've price matched even more egregiously. Walmart just has killer deals sometimes. I think I PM'd red onions for half the price it was being sold for not too long ago.

$2.36 at RCSS Metrotown but was a package of 6. Same price equivalent as package of 5 for $1.97 at Walmart

$2.39 for 6 (think flyer says $2.99) at Rmd Superstore today. Produce clerk said there is over supply from Mexico and Australia. Bumper crop this season thus price is low.
