No U.S. Billing Address option for Tangerine mastercard?

No U.S. Billing Address option for Tangerine mastercard?

I just called Tangerine mastercard they said there is no option for them to a 2nd U.S. BIlling address to be able order from websites that only allow you to enter a US Address as the billing address.

Is this true? (Scotiabank visa worked without issuess...)
