This is not a hot deal after all, the promo rules is you need to spend at least $1.xx previous month (July) in order to get this free iced capp. Not just you is a CIBC timmy card holder

It's just an existing customer promo restriction. That's just there to make sure you aren't just signing up for it or was dormant.

its hot, but you need a cibc tims visa to get the deal. its impossible to get this deal this month if you do not have this card. I'm drinking mine right now, I recommend asking for it made with chocolate milk. (no charge for chocolate milk)

I am not sure about it but I have the timmy visa since last year and basically I just spend under $10 every month on this card.
