where to complaint about UPS?

sorry if wrong forum as not sure where to post this.
Frustrated with UPS as even after canceling/refusing the package, UPS ended up delivering 2 orders by mistake and this is a big concern to me as I clearly told them I do not have time or means to go all the way to drop off to UPS once delivered.
What is the best way to complaint about their stupidity? of course I have tried my best to talk to UPS supervisor or esc team but no one has attitude to answer me or provide me with UPS pick up services though its their mistake they delivered to me instead of sending back to sender.
I just want to express my frustration of their service so asking if there is any third party I can complain to.

thanks in advance

You can complain on here but nothing will happen to your complaint, or you can call and ask to speak to a supervisor and ask for a resolution, ask to escalate it

I don't where to complain but to UPS customer service. There are 14 UPS stores in Mississauga, at least one of them should be close enough for you to drop the packages off. It seems like the only was to resolve it and it won't take to much of your time.

So you got some orders sent to you from somewhere. I hate to break it to you but you are NOT UPS' customer, the entity that sent the packages is. So I would start by contacting them and letting them know the issue. UPS did their job of delivering the package to the address they were told to deliver it to.

Hit the nail on the head ! UPS is just facilitating the service ... don't shoot the messenger !

Since you have the time to type such a long story ... you could have typed it on their webchat page or email or even call them (just dial and stay on speakerphone until someone answers!)

I was going to say go into the back yard and yell at the sky, but your method seems just as effective.

How did you cancel/refuse? Only the sender can cancel. Refusals can only be done at the point of delivery by the recipient.

While sending you two orders may have been a mistake, UPS delivering two is not. They did what they were hired to do. As was previously mentioned, you need to take this up with the vendor and they will work with you to make it right. I believe the vendor should be able to send you a return waybill and even go so far as to arrange for a collection at your residence (if not with UPS, then certainly with Purolator).

Out of curiosity, what is the value of the item(s)?
